I know this is not knitting are crochet but i'm wonder do any of you sew
and have you every made a hoodie purse are a purse made from a hoodie
I seen this about 2 yrs ago and I can';t remember where i seen it , so
I thought well maybe some one here can help.

I found it:

1. Thread your sewing machine. Don't forget the bobbin!
2. Turn the hoodie inside out.
3. Sew the bottom part closed(only the ribbed part).
4. Turn it back(right side out).
5. Hand sew the sleeves together any way you like.
6. Hot Glue or Sew on any Appliques, Sequins etc...
You're Done!

Very close to what we did in the 70's Cass! We sewed the arms together with crochet flowers for the shoulder strap and the hoodie part was flipped over the neck for the purse flap...Wy kewl dudes....

I used to make bags from old jeans with the legs cut off and then embroider on them.

Thanks I had never heard of Hoodie Purse until I seen them talking about it on the DIY broad a few years ago and mY GD loves Purses and just happen to think about the HP and had forgotten how it was made. I had check out the DIY broad again and hoping that I would find it but I guess its been to many yrs back to find it now ,thanks all
