I don't know if anyone else has problems doing cards for guys... I feel that the ladies/girls get all the beautiful cards... I can't seem to make nice guy cards... I guess I love doing flowers but I know guys like flowers too but flowers just seem more lady like to me...am I just too old fashion???? If anyone has any suggestions to get me doing better masculine cards I am all ears/eyes... thanks alot. Nancy

These are nice! Did you make that butterfly or buy it that way? If you made it you must share how!

it is a die cut... sizzix die cut... I just cut out 3 butterflies out of patterned paper... I glued two back to back then glue those butterflies to the third one. I hope that was clearer then mud....

Great! I love butterflies. For guys try sports, animals, beach scenes, and mountain scenes. Hope this helps.

I like those, Nancy! I don't think you can go wrong with geometric shapes, they're always classic and depending on the papers can go either way.

I made this card for my brother's birthday a couple of weeks ago and I think he really liked it. Not entirely masculine. http://forum.startascrapbook.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

nice card Pam... I like it...The torn paper is masculine... I will have to remember that. I will have to find some things like animals on the net or get some stamps with them on it... Thanks

I've seen that technique with the butterfly before only with stickers. Very cute! I really like the blue card, I'll have to scrap lift that for some upcoming manly birthdays this summer. http://forum.startascrapbook.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
